| I'm not looking for any special treatments, only to speak with someone who'll answer basic questions and work with me towards a solution. I spoke with Ben on the phone, he was brief and asked me to email him my question, but I have yet to receive a reply (1 week and counting). The issue is with my chip, I was told that the 555cc dual pop program I'm running is an old version, to which they have brought timing corrections. I'd simply like to get my chip reflashed with the fixed program. They usually charge a $100 fee to re-flash when changing the program from single to dual pop for example, I'm wondering if they'll charge me that fee given that there's no setup change involved (same program, new version). IMO, they shouldn't charge. If anyone has any input, please email me. Thanks
